Raye Anne Marks

Raye Anne Marks is a bright talent who has developed a Bravura style of painting in oils in bold and luminous colors.  Each brushful of paint is laid on as pure and clean as if it were a mosaic, yielding award winning paintings.  Her work is characterized by bold, simple patterns of lights and darks, and paint applied with directness.

Raye Anne has been personal assistant to Spanish Master Sebastian Capella who recently passed away.  She has taken over his art classes in his studio in La Jolla.
